AS DELL BOY WOULD SAY TO TODD BOEHLY:
WHAT A 42 CARAT PLONKER YOU REALLY ARE!

What’s happened since Todd Boehly sacked Thomas Tuchel?
Nothing much, apart from Thomas has scored twice.
1:0
- Thomas Tuchel was not only appointed the Bayern Munich Head Coach, but he also won the German Bundesliga title within weeks.
- Todd Boehly, meanwhile, appoints the dodgy Frank Lampard as Interim Head Coach, the team drop 7 places and finish 12th in UK Premier League, with no silverware of any kind. Todd just didn’t get that the Chelsea players didn’t want to play for Lampard . . . as simple as that.
All of the superb and shiny records which Chelsea had achieved under Abramovich were lost, due to Boehly's
sacking of Tuchel and the crazy appointments of Potterand latterly Lampard.
The new season is just around the corner and Tuchel scores again!
2:0
- Thomas Tuchell and Bayern have signed Harry Kane from Spurs, who scored 30 goals last season (2022/2023) and, perhaps best not to mention, the England Captain has gone to play in Germany for a German club.
- Todd Boehly, in comparison, last season (2022/23) had Kai Havertz as the top scorer with just 7 goals. Havertz has refused to play for Chelsea again and has gone to Arsenal instead. Happy days for Arsenal.
There was much optimism around Todd Boehly’s appointment of Pochettino as Chelsea’s (his third in nine month’s) Head Coach, which banked on Pochettino’s "good" relationship with Kane smoothing his way to Chelsea. If there was such a strong connection between the two, Kane would have stayed in UK. Even if Daniel Levy would not "bless" his transfer to Chelsea, Kane could have avoided playing for Spurs for a year and then signed a precontractual agreement with Chelsea in January’ transferring in the summer of 2024 as a free player.
This just tells all of us, apart from Boehly, that there is no such special relationship between the two. Kane has also clearly demonstrated that he doesn't want Pochettino to continue as his manager, as no trophies were won during his 4 years spell as Spurs manager.
With Tuchel, he knows everything will improve for him.
