YES, LABOUR DEFEATED BUT THIS IS NOT BAD NEWS

It is not secret that all 1,496 councillors who lost their seats and lucrative salaries are now after Starmer, however this is not bad news. This is good news, if not very good news for the Labour party. It is obvious that people always judging their local councillors rather than the government. By electing Reform candidates, they will bring the councils around England, Wels and Scotland into complete disorders. This is the same as Green won in Newham and gave a speech after the votes counted in Bengali, even worse, he started with “As-salamu alaykum”. Well, this is not British at all and it might spark debate about identity politics and integration in British public life. Despite the fact that this area is majority Bangladeshi, this should not happen.
Make no mistake, Boris Johnson gave money to councils where conservatives were in power, and gave no money or little where other parties were in charge. Perhaps Keir Starmer has to learn from him. The councils are getting their money from council tax, business rates and as well government grants including the Revenue Support Grant (general funding). There are also fees and charges which councils are collecting from residents such as planning permission or traffic offences and similar.
People from Reform who will be now sitting in the councils have no or minor experiences of how to run council. All that we experienced till now where Reform runs the council was 9% higher taxes that will go out of people's pockets directly. And this is good news for Labour as well for all other parties.
Labour needs to stick to the solution as follows:
1. To tackle the immigration for real and not just with words
2. To get realistic with employment and jobs
3. To find the keys how and where to employ young people who cannot find jobs.
4. Get people off the benefits
5. To get sorted with energy
6. To get public services up and running without any excuses were fiddling with numbers of appointments being eventually lower must not be excuse and solution
7. Housing problem
8. Make Britain greener
9. Make Britain safer.
This is the task where every labour member has to deliver and not go after Keir Starmer. Keir Starmer was not sitting in your council as councillor. Therefore, all these result from their non-professional work and being lazy.
Sticking with Keir Starmer might be the best way to go. Labour has to be united including Unions has to stick with the labours, under one leadership and not fight between themselves. We saw this with Conservatives.
If the Labour members want to be re-elected in the next election and also not allow pratt Farage to be in number 10, then this is only one answer for all members: Get the job done! People will reward you in the next election.
