THIS IS GAME OVER FOR YOU NIGEL AND GAME OVER FOR YOUR REFORM PARTY

Today, the Pratt Nigel Farage went on SKY News TV and announced his resignation as a member of the Parliament and announced a by-election in Clacton and that he will stand in that by-election.
Well, Nigel you are under investigation, and even if you won the by-election the investigation will not go away. This was quite a safe seat for you, but goodness knows what will happen in a campaign. Who will stand, I mean, for instance, will the Party Restore Britain led by Rupert Lowe be there? Or perhaps if another Pratt like Boris Johnson stands there? People will be challenged as to which Pratt is better. I would be suggesting to all parties not to get engaged with this by-election. Let Farage be re-elected and stand further investigation from the Parliamentary commission.
What struck me about his speech is that Farage came out with the line “making money is not a crime”, but nobody in this case is suggesting that making money is a crime, provided it is done, within the law.
Mind you, the money we're talking about here wasn't money that you, Farage, had made by your "entrepreneurial skills and by your efforts and coming up with business ideas and organising and making selling things and, and that sort of thing". The money that's in question here is donations, it's donations from Christopher Harborne, the cryptocurrency billionaire and donations from your friend convicted fraudster George Cotterall which you did not declare.
You want to be PM of the United Kingdom and you have not declared where rules seem to say that you've got to declare anything above £300 that could be deemed to have a political connection that you've received in the previous 12 months? Well, Christoper Harborne gives you £5 million which is a just a bit more spear change than £300 which has to be declared.
What you are doing now is just to distract the nation and blame all others for your fault not declaring “donations”. You are completely the same as Donald Trump who, when he realises that he made a mistake, blames others or he invent some issue which caused his action.
This is not the money which Farage got by selling gin or selling gold online, what he did. People may laugh at those things, but nobody's suggesting that doing those things are against the law or that he's done it in a way that's against the parliamentary rules.
Farage went further on his TV speech saying, “I am a businessman, I'm an entrepreneur, I've gone out and made money, unlike the cabinet”.
No Farage, the questions that are being discussed here and you are trying to avoid are being referred to the Parliamentary Standards Commissioner because you did not declare it.
It is not just about not declaring it, you even lied about the usage where you claimed it was for security however doesn't appear to have spent any of that money on security because it came out later that actually it was George Cottrell that was paying for Farage security and supplying his security men.
Therefore Farage's statement has got a number of holes.
You must be aware that even if you, Farage, wins this by-election, and I think the odds probably are he will not stop the Parliamentary commission after he's got elected to Parliament again.
All what you are doing with your resignation is to be ahead of the Parliamentary commission while reality would be that could actually end up with a second by-election. Only Farage really wants to have the two by-elections in the same seat.
What a joker and smoker Farage really is was when he said “I'm a Democrat. I believe in elections”.
Well, if Farage believes in democracy why isn't Danny Krueger thought of by election in Wiltshire? Why hasn't Andrew Rosendale fought a by-election? Why hasn't Suella Braverman fought a by-election in the same way that UKIP candidate, MPs who had defected from the Conservative Party.
Farage may claim to be a Democrat, but he's a leader of a party with very little Democracy.
It seems that Nigel Farage could be aware or suspect that he will get sanctioned by the Parliamentary Commissioner over these donations not to mention his property portfolio - not declared either. And it could be that he then faces a recall petition in Clacton and he could face a by-election if he gets sanctioned and suspended from the Commons for breaches of Parliamentary rules.
It seems to me that Nigel Farage is trying to get ahead of what Farge’s announcement today on TV was all about, going to take control of what's a very difficult situation for Farage.
Farage finished his announcement on TV today saying: “I've decided the people of Clacton should be the judges of my actions. This will be a people versus establishment by-election, a chance to stick 2 fingers up to the establishment to frankly tell them where to go. And that's why I will be putting my name forward to stand in this by-election.
You should be ashamed of yourself, and I am sticking 2 fingers up to you today again! Shame on you!
