COVID19 - CORONA VIRUS

An Update from the Owner and the company CEO on 04th October 2020

As you are aware, the last several months have been very challenging as we grapple with the health, safety and market effects of the COVID-19 virus spread. Our top priority has been to ensure the safety of our buyers and also our employees, and we are responding accordingly.

As a UK and EU business, we have been reacting to the virus since it first appeared in Asia at the beginning of the year 2020. So far, we have been able to conduct sales as usual and all over 32,000+ products range has been serviced to our buyers, despite modifications as appropriate in certain instances.

While we cannot predict the future, we wanted to let you, our valued buyers, know how we are addressing the epidemic and what you can expect from us in the near future. To the best of our ability, we are going to continue doing what we do best, which is to connect and deliver the goods to our buyers with the goods from the Continent and also the UK.
We are taking all of the necessary precautions to ensure the health and safety of our employees, buyers and all our staff when collecting the goods around Europe. In each location, we are following the advice of local government officials and health authorities and, where appropriate, have special dedicated teams working remotely, continuing to serve buyers as they normally would.

Our warehouses in the UK, Belgium and Germany are open as usual. The main problem we are encountering at present are goods of origin from Spain and partially from Belgium while from Italy and France business is back as usual. Products from both countries (Italy and France) now back with no limitation. There are still no limitations on hygienic products, we are well stocked. We are technologically equipped to operate our business in a variety of scenarios. Given the increasing trend of our buyers engaging with us in digital formats to discover, explore and buy products, we feel confident we can continue to deliver exceptional service and sales to our buyers around the UK.
Mind due, due to the current ongoing issues we regret to inform you that we cannot accept Paypal payments for all the products therefore, before you make the payment get in touch with us.

The only changes being made was with deliveries where priority for the deliveries was given to the wholesale/supermarkets/markets or shops who are looking after minimum of 100+ buyers daily or shops on locations with bad communications, where for individual buyers priority deliveries are for people 65+, disable people, people with special needs, schools, universities, ...

Above all, I want you to know that you can continue to count on all our resources and stability of our company. We stand ready to support you with our stock and goods, advice and highest level of service as you navigate the challenges the world currently faces.

Many thanks for your confidence and trust.
The Owner and
The Chief Executive Officer
