Further steps being taken in respect of the new company formation regarding the “Brexit”. Offices in Europe has been given choice to consider by the end of October 2020 to decide whether to be registered as independent companies abroad with head office and mother company in United Kingdom or to continue to be just the “offices abroad” with no changes. We, all together, the main company, offices along with our suppliers in Europe, are looking for the most flexible and easy going solution which will suite most to all our needs and also to be the best solution for our supplier.

There are some "talks" for new water to be imported from Austria. If talks progress and finished with new supplier to be added to our lists of supplier we will aim for FREE samples to be available at all outlets (except schools) free of charges. There is only one packaging - bottle of 1.5l. Orders will be accepted a week after samples delivery when logistic details will be known.

Additional computers' support has been arranged for our new fully automated and computerized warehouse. All goods prepared for delivery or self pick-up in maximum ½ hour after order placed over internet doesn’t matter whether via computer or mobile.

Another few months passed with main concern on product for self protection. We have the privilege to announce new manufacturer joined us few days ago, face mask are in stock and will be available to all Carers Home, Hospitals, Hospices, ... with immediate delivery subject to agreements made. Quantities - several millions at any time!

The board meeting took the place this Friday 02nd December 2016 concerning Montana & Montana agreement with Mercator regarding PLC status. Decision has been made to go ahead by offering and selling further 50,000,000 shares and to take in 2017 the first opportunity to get involved on Stock Market with shares. As it stands, the prediction and research along with marketing research confirmed that getting involved on Stock Exchange would be positive approach for the company grows.

All orders for the Christmas and New Year 2017 has been closed with company guarantee orders to be dispatch in maximum 24-48 hours without exception. This does not apply for orders on fresh products (eg. Meat, veg, fruits, …). All big orders after the 20.11.2016 are not stipulated with deliveries dates.

Completely new line of flour has been prepared under our Private Label. Products to be on a market by the end of January 2017. Prices on these products will be the best in entire Europe, cheaper than Asda, Tesco, Lidl, Aldi or Metro.

3M (Montana & Montana and Mercator are looking forward to finalize the deal with German Bakery. It is our intention to start with deliveries in next week or two weeks the latest. All buyers to be advised that all final information will be send by “intex” memo in 1-2 hours upon agreement completed.

We cancel possibility for any further dealing with an Austrian company - supplier who has been offered mega contract deal however due to circumstances we find out later on we have to take such steps. Buyers who been passing on-line orders for products of this Austrian company has been already advised of products changes and all orders will be delivered in next 2 weeks accordingly. All 1032 pallets of goods will be delivered from our other top class manufacturers and producers of such products, of course with prior approval of companies concerned. We apologise for any inconvenience to all our customers.

New deal for online payment provider is currently going on where we try to get better deal for our consumers. Current provider Barclays Bank PLC - ePDQ Online still in place however they haven't reply to our demands and revision of contract agreement. We are proud to announce that a new supplier of fresh meat products from Aichwald, Germany will join our suppliers list by 01.03.2013. With this supplier we are replacing our former supplier from Poland which deliveries were stopped by 20.02.2013 indefinitely due to several complaints received about non consistency of their products from consumers. With this new German supplier we will also get additional supplies of Wienner sausages (Frankfurters). Demo of new products with tasting will be on 14-17.03.2013.
