Ingredients: Wheat flour 52%, Rye flour, Wholegrain oat flour, water, natural sourdough (rye flour, water). salt, rapeseed oil, yeast, wheat "swelling flour", acidity regulator. Wheat gluten, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids.
