Our veal comes from top Free Range and Organic Farm in Germany, which works to the highest standards of animal welfare. The meat is fine-grained, with a subtle, delicate flavour. Taste delicate and sweet. Age on slaughter maximum up to 8 months.
Ingredients: 100% German meat only! NO GM, veal comes from Free Range and Organic farming in Germany. Controlled supply chain from breeding to slaughter.
Allergy issues: May contain traces of soy.
Box contain: See description below. We will deliver product to your choice of cut. In case if your choice not in stock, we'll deliver the cut currently prepacked in stock.
Shelf life: Up to 3-5 day.
Storage: Keep in the fridge at 4°C. Being fresh, suitable for home freezing therefore if you’re not going to eat it within a day or two, freeze your meat as soon as possible. Once frozen, the best would be to use within a month. despite that being frozen can last up to 3 months or more. Once defrosted use on the day of defrosting. Defrosted beef keep in refrigerator.
