Our veal comes from specialist Italian farmer, which works to the highest standards of animal welfare. The meat is fine-grained, with a subtle, delicate flavour.
Tender, delicately flavoured veal from Tuscany region in Italy. Age on slaughter up to 8 months.
Ingredients: 100% Organic Italian meat only! NO GM. Controlled supply chain from breeding to slaughter.

Shelf life: Up to 6 months if not more if frozen.
Storage: Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, consume within 1-2 days. Do not exceed use by date. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted. For use by date see pack at the back.
Preparation: Subject to your personal desire.
