RICE ATRY – WILD RICE 1kg

Under the spell of sun ripened naturally in the shore areas of North American and Canadian lakes.

Preparation: Quantity specification (100g / 2 servings): 1 cup ATRY wild rice, about 5 cups of water, 1 tablespoon margarine or butter, 1 pinch of salt. Wash the measured rice under running, lukewarm water once. Add the drained rice with fat and salt in a pot and the appropriate amount of water (1: 5) to give. Add the rice and cook over medium heat in saucepan closed. Once a majority of the grains is open, pour off the water. Slightly lift melted butter or oil under the rice, season and the ATRY wild rice is ready to serve.
