A superior structure qualifies this special selection of Raboso Fiore. It is so fruity, with a great aroma, an intense ruby colour, a subtle perlage and a silky froth. A real pleasure to taste.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Colour: Intense ruby red with violet highlights and marvelous, durable pink froth..
Bouquet: Lingering and scented, it recalls wild violets and morello cherry.
Taste: Lively wine, fruity, with a full-flavoured and dry finish, with an inviting froth and delicate tannins.
Gastronomic matches: Ideal for every lunch and dinner preparation, with pizza or snacks. Perfect for barbecue or roasted meat and stewed fish. Try it alone, as an aperitif or also after dinner. Drink it always fresh.
