Typical puffed pastry from Verona - Italy. It is made with high quality butter and the flour from our bio-dedicated mill. Ingredients: type 0 soft wheat flour, butter, water, salt. Icing: sugar, water, fresh eggs.
Recommended use: Very good eaten by itself but also excellent as a fanciful dessert, open halfway horizontally and stuffed with fresh whipped cream or Chantilly cream and perhaps flakes of dark chocolate.
