The Wok favourites [250g] from ALB-GOLD are produced on a unique production line for Mie-Noodles across Europe. The Mie noodles made of pure organic spelled flour are an absolute novelty and unprecedented in this form.
Natural noodles. Without additives. Not fried.
Their advantages are the fast preparation and their versatility. A pure pleasure to vegetable pans and also as a contribution in classic Asian soups.
Ingredients: Organic hard wheat corn / organic wheat flour , salt
Thickness: Ø mm
Allergy Advice: contain traces of egg.
Cooking time: Boil for about 4 minutes or pour over the pasta with boiling water, cover with lid for about 9 minutes.
Al dente 12-14 minutes
Storage: Store preferably in a cool and dry place.
