Dark golden amber appearance. Aroma to a first hint of fruity apricot and apple are followed spicy notes like cinnamon and honey and lime. Palate round and velvety, full. The eaux-de-vie Borderies prevails giving elegance and complexity. Before caramel but even more love notes reminiscent of propolis, then a spicy, fruity finish, long and persistent in the mouth.

Ideal for special occasions, the taste of this French cognac is an explosion of spicy fruit notes and elegant richness. Martell Cordon Bleu was officially launched at the prestigious Hôtel de Paris in Monaco in 1912.
