Stamp of King George V - Seahorse High Values stamp in quite good overall condition. Stamp well perforated and nearly well centred. Stamp with few ERRORS > CHARACTERISTICS eg. Weakened frame line above "AL" of "HALL" what stands for Series I, White dots on shield, .... Bad stamp points: Not nice cancel. Overall condition quite good therefore, stamp can be part of any starter and few above collections. Catalogue value high, even more if stamp comes with errors like this one and even higher for lightly used and well perforated stamp. Stamp Type A. Stamp being seems to be hinged.
