This particular Soy Flour, in its one-packed packaging, comes from the best European soybean yellow soybeans. In September, we harvested the seeds, partially dishevelled, decorted, dried and made magic flours so as to maintain unchanged colour, flavors, nutritive principles and improved digestibility. Thanks to the strict controls, the product is suitable for vegan and vegetarian food. Without yeast.
Rich in fiber 18% and protein 49%.
Ingredients: Soy flour.
Suggestion of use: Bakery products, pasta, sweets, soups, sauces. Great in fish and meat preserves.
