With chestnuts roasted in wood , dried and then ground immediately after the collection of October. They will give you more crunchy and scented sweets.
Flour ready for use as freshly prepared, easy to use, to prepare classic chestnuts, but also fritters, tasty semi-fresh fruits and fresh pasta.
Ingredients: Chestnut flour (90%), Dutch potato starch, Natural Flavors.
Suggestion of use: "Castagnaccio", dumplings, noodles, pancakes.
