The Traditional Sweets line includes different types of flour to give you the feeling of creating sweets in full harmony with the traditions of your land.For a perfect pastry paste, it is the secret ingredient for a frozen and fragrance frozen pasta, ideal for sweet and savoury recipes, as well as for the typical Neapolitan pastry. A "00" flour with less protein and more starch for an easy to work, which does not require long hours of leavening. Preparing pastry at home will no longer be a problem, you will get perfect and professional results without having to use the ready one. Pasta Frolla is enriched with a pinch of sodium bicarbonate and grape cremore, a completely natural yeast. Once the cooking is finished, the short pastry obtained do not remove and do not flash.
Rich in fibre and protein.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, type "00", wheat starch, yeast raising agents (1%): Sodium bicarbonate E500 - E336 grapes creme (0.5%).
Suggestion of use: Sweet and savoury pastry, Crostate, Biscuits.
