CLASSIC VENETIAN FOCCACIA DOLCE BY LOISON
The Veneziana Classica is the sweet focaccia typical of the Venetian tradition, a symbol of history, cultural influences of distant lands and Italian creativity. Dario Loison has created his Veneziana, blending the uniqueness of the Venetian tradition with the research and selection of unique and precious ingredients. The Veneziana has a soft and well-alveolated dough, thanks to the use of our sourdough, fresh butter and 72 hours of skilful craftsmanship. The dough is enriched with natural Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar, a Slow Food presidium, and a blend of 4 selected spices, which give the Veneziana an unmistakable aroma and taste. The surface is covered with a fragrant glaze richly garnished with Italian "Tuono" almonds and granulated sugar. The Classic Veneziana is a dessert that combines tradition and refinement in a truly unique and refined taste journey
