The Orange and Chocolate Panettone is a naturally leavened cake characterized on the surface by the typical shoe. The pasta, yellow and well honeycomb, is enriched with fragrant candied Sicilian orange peel and drops of selected single-origin Cru chocolate.
The Arancia Cioccolato panettone is produced respecting the Italian pastry tradition, with sourdough and a 72-hour craftsmanship.
