(Champagne Brut Grand Cru Champagne Carte Blanche Etienne Lefevre) Champagne Etienne Lefèvre maison is born in the heart of Verzy, the splendid Grand Cru terroir of the Montagne de Reims. The wine cellar is managed by Etienne Lefèvre and his wife Anne Marie, who guided by a passion for the world of wine, and a strong link with the territory of origin, they can always produce high-quality champagne.
The Champagne Etienne Lefèvre are all made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes are fresh, pleasantly frank and very delicate drink, perfectly represents the true essence of the champagne of this fine area.
Champagne Brut Grand Cru Carte Blanche Etienne Lefevre was born in vineyards located in Verzy, a commune, located in the department of Marne in the Champagne-Ardenne region.
Champagne '90% produced with Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay grapes exclusively hand picked. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and subsequently undergoes a slow maturation.
The Carte Blanche is characterized by its golden color, with crystal reflections. The nose opens with a fresh bouquet, elegant and fruity with aromas of peach, pear and apple enriched with pleasant hints of warm bread. The palate is creamy and has notes of ripe fruit and marzipan. The wine has a soft finish, intense and complex.
Perfect to accompany dishes of seafood, sushi, Chicken with Champagne, it is ideal with desserts and pastries.
