GRAY KHORASAN KAMUT® MARGHERITE WITH BIO SOFTED RICE
Milk or tea biscuit, the result of accurate preliminary checks to assess the critical phases of the production cycle in relation to possible yeast contamination and posterior controls through the analytical search of yeast on each batch of produce, the biscuit does not contain yeast. With Khorasan grain flour KAMUT® to give a concrete and good alternative to wheat. The recipe does not contain sucrose sugar and the sweetness is attributable to the use of organic rice syrup and bio-concentrated apple juice. Without lactose and palm oil has been replaced by Organic oil. Ideal for those who need to limit the salt consumption that, in addition to not being included in the recipe, is not even in the form of a leavening agent (Bass summer content).
Ingredients:
Khorasan wheat flour 49% bio, bio rice 25% bio, bio sunflower oil 17%, bio apple juice 7%, bio rice blended 1.3%, natural aroma of bio vanilla, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin bio.

The recipe provides the use of Khorasan Kamut® grain as a single flour.

The product excludes lactose.
No yeast:
The product excludes yeast, yeast, or natural yeast from mother paste.
With alternative sweeteners:
The recipe does not include the use of sucrose sugar. Alternatively sweeteners are used such as corn syrup, agave syrup, cereal malts etc.
With sunflower oil:
The recipe provides for the use of the sunflower oil.
Without palm oil:
The recipe does not include the use of palm oil, which has been replaced by noble fats.
Vegan:
The recipe does not include the use of ingredients of animal origin or its derivatives.
