Part obtained from the hind limbs of the Iberian pig, fattened the last months of fattening (Natural meadow of oak and cork oak) to around 170 Kg. Result meticulous naturally cured between 32 and 36 months, resulting in a long piece and stylized (80-90 cm.) thin cane (indicative of the purity of the breed) and an external fat golden tones that reflect their natural diet.
Ingredient: Iberian pork ham, Salt, Sugar, Antioxidants: E-331iii, E-301; Preservatives: E-252.
Weight: 6,750 kg aprox.
Curing: 32-36 months.
Presentation: Into a cotton black case with the logo of Beher and gold net..
