The data gathered form this cookie is used by us to evaluate the accuracy and efficiency of answers offered to customers in our help and support tool. This cookie will be active for one indivdual browser session. 

lang_coun_conf#<configurationid> This is used to store locale information, such as language and country data and will expire once the browser session ends. 

USERTYPE This cookie is used to store usertype; meaning, whether the profile of the user belongs to an internal or external (public) user. This cookie expires once the browser session is shut down.
