We want to make it as easy as possible for customers to manage their account any time that is most convenient to them. This can be done through our payment portal.

Make a One-off payment
Pay Online
One of the simplest and fastest ways to make payment to your account is to log into our secure payment portal via Square which will be our new online and bank to bank provider. Please have your reference number (your invoice number) alternatively you can enter your user ID number (See you ID number when you log into your account with us).
Please note if you are paying by credit card your provider may apply interest or charges on any payment

Reference: Please make sure that the reference number of your payment is the same number as the order number. It is imperative to use the same reference number as it is your order number if not stated differently, for your payment to credit the account - all payments are on automated recognition therefore, if paid with correct reference number there will be NO delays with deliveries or collections.

Each account is than tailored to your needs and possibilities. You might also ask for extended payment(subject to your credit history) or ask for a personal or commercial loan (loans subject to your credit history or our acceptance doesn’t matter on your financial status).
Secure payment by Bank to Bank payment or Direct Debit
Your safety is important to us! Therefore, we recommend to use Bank to Bank transfer. If you are paying inside UK use your online payment provider to transfer the money. In case you don't have online payment provider than take copy of your invoice to the nearest bank and pay cash over the counter .
Other very secure way would be Direct Debit by one of our banks. Direct debit is characterised by:
High security. We transfer the debiting data directly via a secure connection to the Bank. It involved no third-party companies to process payments.
Relatively low fees for the bank transaction. This, we assume. This makes it possible to keep product prices low. Please note that a correction of the payment method after placing an order is not possible.
Secure payment by invoice
For a processing fee of GBP 0.00 you can buy from us to pay by invoice. Simply choose from the payment method "by invoice" in the ordering process. You will receive an invoice after delivery by e-mail with our bank account information transfer. The invoice purchase is characterised by:
High security, we do not store any banking information in the online shop. You have enough time to check our bill. You decide the time of payment within 24-48h after receipt of invoice. Please note that a correction of the payment method after placing an order is not possible.
Billing addresses outside of our delivery area
If you are a corporate customer has a billing address that is outside of our delivery area, you can set this yourself. Please register for this first with your billing address. You get it pointing out that the zip code of your billing address cannot be supplied. In check-out of the ordering process you can enter your shipping address. The zip code of the delivery address must be in our delivery area, so you can place your order.
