Montana and Mercator have joined forces and finances to starting fight against monopolies of few big companies (Sainsbury, Tesco, Morrison, Asda, M&S, ...) which are trying to overtake every single corner in UK with their shops. Moreover these monopolized companies want to dictate the prices and the rules of business.
These two young companies with huge experienced staff joint the task of “David and Goliath” by forming new independent company Supermarket. Supermarket is unlisted public company and still waiting to become "officially" the Public Limited Company (There is ongoing dispute over the legal right over the name what holding Supermarket being Supermarket Plc).
“New” company was formed mainly to generate new businesses from Continent. Mercator4u will make every effort to become Number 1 and leading wholesaler and retailer for continental food and drinks. Basic capital of new company is of GBP 100,001,000.00 of which GBP 50,000,000.00 comes from Mercator and the rest from Montana.
Main nature of business is:
- Wholesale of meat and meat products
- Retail sale of meat and meat products in specialised stores
- Retail sale of bread, cakes, flour confectionery and sugar confectionery in specialised stores
- Other retail sale of food in specialised stores.
The aim for the future is to open as much as possible stores nationwide
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Owners of Montana & Montana and Supermarket Plus and another company was recently sold to interested parties in China, Germany and Saudi Arabia. The same three companies has been targeted to be bought by Americans what the owners refused. Once refused American potential buyers started with "dirty tricks" to prevent companies being sold to China, German and Saudi. Despite all the deals are ongoing and Supermarket Plus and Montana & Montana has time to end of September 2024 to reallocate offices around the Europe with merging it with one other of owners corporation for the business to be continued as usual. Therefore for all suppliers and buyers nothing much will be changed apart the name of the company.
CEO of Supermarket Plus and CEO of Montana & Montana agreed that accounts for 2023/2024 will be submitted as "Dormant". The reason is that 95% operations was already going through one other corporation of the owners of Supermarket Plus and Montana & Montana therefore, dormant accounts to be filled accordingly.
